Meet Jenny

Jenny is a MSc Nutritionist from King's College London, consistently ranked as the UK's top university for nutritional sciences.

She believes that eating well doesn't have to be complicated. Simple, wholesome foods can be incredibly satisfying.

Her interest in skin health has accelerated over the last few years. Proper nutrition supports the skin from within, while aesthetic treatments address external issues, leading to a more radiant and youthful appearance.

The concept of good nutrition, coupled with skin enhancing treatments for confidence and improved wellbeing is what has led her to opening Nourish & Glow.
